Ethan's primary areas of practice are business transactions and litigation, real estate, and estate planning. He also provides legal counsel in the areas of business liability limitation, asset management, and business succession planning and advises organizations and individuals on statutory and procedural issues as they relate to commercial transactions and disputes.

Ethan represents clients throughout Kansas. His practice is based in Atchison, Kansas where he lives with his wife, Taylor.
